Is it possible to personalise my frame in addition to my case ?

On our website we only offer the customisation of FAUVE cases.

In addition to this service, we offer you the possibility of personalising your FAUVE glasses (on the inside of the temples/ 10 characters maximum) for a supplement of 10€/ engraving.

The model I am looking for is out of stock, how can I find out when it will be back in stock?

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept credit cards

Delivery times and costs

Metropolitan France

free delivery with a delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.

European Union

15€ with a delivery time of 10 to 13 working days.

Outside the European Union

25€ with a delivery time of 13 to 16 working days.

Which carrier do you use ?

Home deliveries in France or abroad are made by Colissimo with tracking number and signature on receipt.

Is it possible to choose the relay point option?

It is not possible to have your order delivered to a relay point. Our deliveries are made by colissimo at home.

Is it possible to pick up my order in shop?

Of course you can! Just select the "pick up in shop" option before you check out. You will be notified by sms once your order is ready.

Order confirmation and tracking

I have not received a confirmation email and/or invoice?

A confirmation email is sent automatically for each order placed on our FAUVE website.

However, if you have not received it we invite you to :

Is my prescription valid?

The validity of a prescription for reimbursement depends on your age group.

  • Under 16 = 1 year
  • 16 to 42 years = 5 years
  • Over 42 years = 3 years

Is it possible to order lenses for my eyesight?

We do not offer this option on our website. However, we are both opticians and we can adapt all our FAUVE optical or sunglasses to your sight. For this we invite you to visit our shop in the Marais district of Paris, located at 43 rue de Poitou 75003, for measurements and advice.

What are the prices of corrective lenses in shops?

As opticians, we adapt all possible corrections on our frames. The price of the optical lenses depends on your visual needs or your desires. In order to give you the best advice and to take the appropriate measurements, we invite you to visit our FAUVE boutique located at 43 rue de Poitou 75003 in Paris. Are the lenses and frames certified and of good quality?

All our frames are made in Oyonnax, France. They are certified with the CE standard and are carefully checked by a French workforce after manufacture.

All our sunglasses are 100% UV category 3 (UV 400) and have an internal anti-reflective coating to increase visual comfort.

The anti blue light lenses offered as an option for FAUVE optics, on our site, come from Mega Optic: a French glassmaker and subsidiary of Essilor. Finally, we work with two glassmakers in shop, Carl Zeiss, leader in the optical market, and Mega Optic.

How much does my mutual insurance company reimburse me?

The mutual insurance companies are all different and reimburse according to your correction. In order to have more information, you can send them a standardised estimate, for which we give you an appointment in the shop.

Is it possible to choose my 100% healthy glasses at FAUVE?

Of course, we offer you a selection of frames and lenses adapted to your correction for a zero out-of-pocket payment.

However, the 100% health equipment is not up to the standard of the French products offered at FAUVE.

Is it possible to trigger a mutual reimbursement following my online order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to trigger a mutual refund for orders placed online.

However, reimbursements are possible in shop and good news is that you don't have to do anything! For this, we need your "carte vitale" and an up-to-date prescription. The advance payment will be requested at the time of the order, so we can offer you easy payment options.

Do you accept contact lens prescriptions?

It is not possible to order lenses online or in our FAUVE shop at the moment.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my order if it doesn't suit me or get a refund ?

Of course! You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the glasses and the case in their original condition to the following address FAUVE, 43 Rue de Poitou 75003 Paris. Fauve does not cover the cost of returning the glasses. The glasses must be returned in their original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will not be made if the glasses have been worn or damaged.

Is it possible to exchange my personalised case?

No, customised cases can no longer be exchanged.

FAUVE guarantees

Are my glasses guaranteed?

FAUVE glasses are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage, theft, normal wear and tear or scratches on the lenses.

I broke my glasses, what should I do?

Write to us at contact@fauvelunetier.com. Repairs are possible for one year at low prices.
